Family and Children Services sponsor the Community Services Industry Awards each year. For the first time, the Burswood House program was entered under the category of Innovative Programs.
On the 24th November 1998, it was nominated a finalist by the judges, among four other finalists. Even though Burswood House did not win the category, it is a great achievement to be presented with a certificate for being nominated a finalist!!
