How to Apply
To register, please complete the on-line Application Form, filling out all details and then
pressing the "Submit" button. You can also e-mail the Burswood House Project

or contact her directly by phone, fax or 'snail' mail at:
Course registrations need to be received by us no later than 7 days prior to the course starting date. We will confirm your placement in the course in writing upon receipt of your completed application form. The confirmation letter will also provide details of the things you need to bring to the course.
Some courses require a minimum number of participants to ensure the quality of the course is upheld. If there is insufficient demand for any course it may be cancelled, and any fees received will be refunded. If there are too many participants registered for a course we will, where possible, arrange extra courses.
How to Pay
Course fees are payable in advance. Please send the fee
with your completed form. If submitting an application from this Website you can, if you
wish, pay using a Credit Card. Bookings are considered tentative until payment is
received.
Please make cheques payable to the 'Association for the Blind WA'. Cash payments must be made directly to the Association's cashier.
Cancellation and Refund
Policy
Notice of withdrawal from a course must be received 7 days
prior to the start of the course in order to receive a full refund. Likewise, transfer
from one course to another must occur at least 7 days prior to course commencement in
order for fees to be transferred towards payment of the new course.
If notice of withdrawal from a course is received less than 7 days prior to the start of the training course, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
Registrants who do not attend, without notifying the Burswood House Project Coordinator in advance, are not eligible for a refund.
If the course is cancelled by the Association for the Blind, the full fee will be refunded.
